We visited twice. First time we had the gyros and the bao bun. Unfortunately the bao was hard, but the filling was lovely. My gyros was incredible.
We came back later in the week and he got the souvlaki, I got the gyros again. Really enjoyed the food here. The chip portion is enormous!

I stayed at the St Raphael resort and was thrilled to have a vegan restaurant on the premises. I went here 3 times for lunch and all I can say is that the food wasn't great, service was cold and unwelcoming and really slow (unlike at the rest of the hotel), and it was overpriced for what you get.
Read moreIt seems that some dishes past reviews have mentioned are no longer on the menu - there's no halloumi or greek salad and generally nothing with vegan cheese.
But what really got to me is that some dishes seem like nobody ever tried them before putting them on the menu. For example, the hot dog is slathered in mayo, topped with popcorn, and served in a hard pretzel bun, which means you can't take a bite without the hot dog rolling out of the bun and mayo and popcorn going everywhere. The chocolate tartufo was served frozen solid, so it was like trying to eat a rock with a spoon, even after waiting 20 minutes for it to defrost.
Another thing I didn't like is that all desserts on the menu are "healthy desserts" - mainly raw desserts. There's nothing to indulge in if you just want to enjoy your vacation without worrying about healthy eating.
The best thing about Seashells is that it's right on the beach, so you can have a quick lunch before or after a swim. But I definitely had better vegan food at the hotel's non-vegan restaurants.

Loads of choice and right next to the beach which is a winner! Oddly they served cows milk so not entirely vegan. Haloumi bites were great and cheesy but don’t expect halloumi. The winners for us were the juices, the falafel salad and the moving mountains hotdog. Lovely staff too!

This restaurant is part of Saint Raphael Resort and part of the menu is included in the all inclusive package. The food is amazing with lots of options: They have all the premium brands such as beyond and moving mountains. The beyond chicken nuggets were so good! If you stay at the hotel, they provide plenty of vegan options in their other restaurants and even include scrambled tofu for breakfast!! Highly recommend this place.

I took my friend there end of last summer , it was actually the last day they were open before they closed down for the winter season. I'll ask her to also write a review as well . For me , the service was good , the food was v fresh and their smoothies were great. I loved their location was right down by the sea side .Excellent vegan place !

Our mini rainbow buns are so popular with our guests and especially children as they are so much fun to see and give a good idea of four different ways to enjoy vegan burgers. We try to offer four completely different experiences with this one meal order and hence have the simpler tasting tofu burger to the more extreme taste of bbq jackfruit.
We do apologize that the meal was not hot when you received them, did you order this as takeaway?
I’m sure as a vegan you understand that all the ingredients we buy are top quality and where possible local, and therefore more expensive than processed or imported equivalents and we pride ourselves in paying our staff well and enjoying our prime beach front location, all of which makes a different to the price. However our meals are all priced between €10-15 each, a very reasonable pricing strategy for Limassol, the top quality food we offer and our location. We can only do our best.
We hope you will support us again in our endeavors to offer the first vegan hotel and beach restaurant in Cyprus and spread our vegan positivity around. May we suggest that next time you try one of our signature burgers which we are sure you will love.

Moving Mountains Hot Dog is always a winner but served in a pretzel bun with popcorn (!) and delicious mayo was a delight!
Their Homemade Authentic Falafel in a Greek pitta with tachini sauce is a must try!
But my favorite was Fresh Raw Veggie Spring Rolls in rice wrap with peanut sauce! Light, healthy and yet very fulfilling!
After lunch we visited St Raphael Resort beach and spent some quality family time there! Clean and very well organized beach!

However, I realized that it was difficult for me to choose the main meal. I ordered Burger with Oyster Mushrooms – mushrooms were cooked in a batter, I didn’t like it – appeared to be too oily… I expected it to have more flavor of a mushroom, not of the batter… And the bun contains some kind of sweetener... it was so sweet. But the first bite was so good! They use very good vegan mayo. I think it is just that my regular diet became very low in fats, so I became very picky. Matter of taste?
Conclusion: Good Restaurant, I recommend :)

Please do allow me to answer your comments and add some more information to future readers. We do have quite an array of vegan and plant-based options on our menu, varying from healthy buddha bowls to more ‘dirty’ vegan meals. We really have tried to offer something for everyone, especially for non-vegans who want to try vegan food or are accompanying vegan friends, for flexitarians and anyone else.
It’s been wonderful to watch so many diners visit us and enjoy our food since we opened Cyprus’ first fully vegan hotel and beach restaurant. We have choices that include ‘meat’ tasting burgers and hot dogs like Beyond Meat and Moving Mountain, healthier burgers like our Quinoa and Sweet Potato, and super healthy choices like our Rainbow Buddha Bowl and lots in between including wraps, salads, smoothie bowls, sandwiches and pastas. I think you chose our least healthy option, although for many it’s our tastiest (and I write this with a smile).
As a fellow vegan who lives a predominantly healthy whole food, plant-based life, I tend to choose the Bowls when I eat there but this particular burger is my ‘treat’ when I feel like something ‘dirty’ if that makes sense. I’m so happy to read you like our mayo as much as we do! Our desserts are delicious and so happy that you enjoyed them.

Awesome vegan beach - a must visit - Edit
What a great find …. This is a lovely beach restaurant for anyone looking for a yummy lunch, whether you are vegan or not. The food is so good and on top of that the presentation is to die for. The burgers come in all different colours and I could see other tables pointing at different food on different tables when choosing what to decide. The St Raphael Beach is also a really nice place to spend the day. Loved this restaurant and will definitely be back.

Found this little gem by coincidence on our last holiday. Great menu with options for even the fussiest eater in our family. We loved it so much that we ended up getting a few take aways to enjoy at home after the beach too. I personally love the Beyond Meat burgers, Buddha bowls and obviously all the sweat treats :)

Excellent service both by waiters/bartenders and chefs. The staff know exactly what to recommend to guests. The food was a delight, many thanks to the chefs. I tried the beyond burger, beyond cheeseburger and the beyond sausage up until now, and they were all very tasty. Can’t wait to visit again and try the rest of the dishes! Such a beautiful vegan restaurant by the beach. Would highly recommend to everyone - vegan or not.

As a regular guest at the St.Raphael resort, it is such a pleasure to see the changes made at the seashells restaurant. Their vegan menu has a wide variety of tasty items with very reasonable prices. The beetroot tahini wrap is delicious! I had it three times already in one week! The beyond burger is beyond words! So flavorful and light! And for dessert...Our son devoured the banana muffin! Thank you Farah for including healthy and tasty options for the whole family! If you can’t find us at the pool, we will definitely be at the seashells! Can’t get enough of this new menu!
