Small choice but tasty

Every time I am in Cobh I end up here, choice is very limited, but the food is tasty and the staff lovely

Takeaway

We arrived about 2pm on a very sunny Sunday and the place was full (it’s not very big to begin with), with several tables occupied outside also. We were about to leave disappointed but asked if they done takeaway and they did! It didn’t take long for our four orders, and we ate it across the road overlooking the sea where there’s plenty of seating (we were super lucky with the weather)! I had a tandoori mushroom flatbread and it was heavenly! The mushrooms were cooked and flavoured perfectly, and came with hummus, pickles and tabbouli. Little bit messy to eat without a table, but worth it. My partner and I shared a vegan dark chocolate “bounty” bar, which was incredible and my only regret is not buying another.

Vegan plant roll

Had the vegan plant roll which is like a sausage roll made with vegetable and grains. It was good but a bit fry due to the lentils. Their menu changes weekly so there might be other vegan options on other times.

Cozy but narrow

The Granola Bowl was good, I like the Granola itself. But overall it wasn't special. The Café is cute and cozy, but it's also narrow.

Tasty - not lots of choice

The cauliflower flatbread was tasty but there wasn't a lot of choice here. None of the cakes were vegan and there was only one vegan thing on the menu plus the porridge.

Good

This seems to be the only vegan option in cobh but it still offers a good variety, it had salads and vegan rolls aswell as a large variety of baked goods

Only vegan option in cobh

Their website mentions vegan options so decided to go here. Got a falafel bowl and vegan "sausage" roll and it was nice but not very exciting. They also had a granola pot that could be done vegan. The atmosphere was nice.
