Really impressed with the range of vegan options in this store. Good range of Frozen Frys goods qnd ice creams, pies etc.

excellent little store - Edit
this is a real diamond of a health food store. nice choice of products and also caters for the gluten free diet/coeliac veggies/vegans. The staff are friendly and informative and its a pleasure to to shop there..

A fairly large independent health Store. It sells many vegan foods Fry's/Redwood's /Tofutti etc. and organic Veg, The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. They are willing to order in products they do not usually carry. I moved to Seaford partly for the Health Store.

Great range for a small town - Edit
Use this place regularly to stock up on vegan cheese, tofu, Fry's sausages/burgers, soya ice creem, organic veg, vegan toiletries, etc.

A good variety of health foods. (Not sure why there were loads of tins of "all-butter shortbread biscuits" though).
