The restaurant was beautiful and so was the view, you could eat on the beach. The mocktails were delicious and there wasn’t a whole lot of vegan options so I got the pizza, it was decent!

Being on the beach, the view is everything at this restaurant. The food was average and service a bit slow. I ended up with food poisoning the next day. I ate the cauliflower which no one else had at our table. I know it can come from anywhere so not faulting the restaurant. Although I was disappointed they ignored my email when I reached out to let them know.

Vegan mozzarella! - Edit
They had several vegan options, but I got the margarita pizza with vegan mozzarella! It was a little too warm to be eating a hot pizza lol, but I had it cold the next day and it was reeeeally good. Staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was beautiful!

Delicious cocktails- our waiter recommended the M-Rick and it was great!! I had the Wok Satay and we shared a rosemary flatbread- my waiter confirmed both could be vegan. Just ask staff for vegan options as the menu is only labeled vegetarian. You must make a reservation several days ahead- I recommend a little earlier in the evening so you have a view of the sunset! Would recommend. #Veganuary

Favorite food place on the island - Edit
I’ve been here at least 5 times - I would give Sea Shed 5 stars if I could. For Barbados, this is an incredible dining spot with more than one vegan option - all of them delicious! The atmosphere is great and super friendly staff. Definitely try their vegan noodles.

Visited for lunch, great vibe and food. I had the vegetarian burger without the cheese and sweet potato fries. I was also tempted by the vegan pizza which i’ll definitely try next time. #Veganuary
