What a great find on the island. So many vegan or easily-modified vegan choices. I had the Mexican bowl, swapping squash for cauliflower. The bowl also had quinoa, black beans, mixed greens, avocado, pico, and pepitas. I added blackened tofu. The tofu was 8 oz, not the puny serving some places give you. My husband had the Mediterranean bowl. We both loved our meals. We’ll be back!

i come here at the first chance every time i’m on sea island and it is so delicious! i would give it 5 stars if i could. i recommend the flatbread trio (have to ask for the avocado flatbread with no feta). i usually get the chocolate chip cookie as well although it is very soft so only get if you like a soft cookie! best vegan friendly place on st simon’s by far!!!

My wife and I were in St Simons tonight looking for some healthy vegetarian food and found this amazing plave. They have great vegetarian and vegan options. We got a couple of bowls and they were very tasry. And the chia pudding was amazing!

Read moreGreens quality in my Mediterranean Bowl (sans feta cheese), was excellent and included baby red kale and baby spinach along with other salad greens. My large bowl presented nicely with cooked squash, quinoa, sweet potato, onions, beans, and greens.
Other excellent menu items including wraps and soup will allow your non vegan family and friends to have plenty of options.

Food was so flavorful and big shareable portions. Best meal we have had so far on the island. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have plenty of vegan options and can help modify as needed. My non vegan husband loved everything!

What a lovely pallet of flavor and texture. We had two different totally vegan options. Large portions and a lot of flavor. The Terra was my favorite because it’s really refreshing.

The young person behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. There are LOTS of vegan options across the entire menu. We ordered the bruschetta, the Very Vegan Wrap, and the Mexican bowl. Everything was fresh and warm. We didn’t order any sweets at the time of this review, but even the cookies are vegan.

Lots of vegan options! I ordered the Ketosis bowl (no Parmesan) with blackened tofu, and it was excellent! There were maybe three yellowed kale leaves in it, but otherwise it was perfection. My family shared the Bruschetta appetizer (no feta). All three varieties are amazing! The Chia Colada is also a delicious and healthy dessert. I would give this restaurant 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me.

Cute spot that offers veg options. They have added to their offering, and now have more than just the vegan wrap. There is a bowl and two soups that are vegan, as well as a salad that can be made vegan by omitting cheese. I liked how everything was clearly marked plant based, vegetarian, dairy free, and gluten free. I ended up with the very vegan wrap and my hubby got the black bean soup.

Loved it! They wore masks and very conscious of healthy delivery of food. We got the Keto bowl and the Mediterranean bowl. We also tried the delicious chia pudding.

Lots of amazing vegan options - Edit
I have eaten here three times, and my food has been absolutely delicious each time. There are numerous vegan options available. They are also very helpful in tweaking other items to make them vegan. My favorite item I’ve had is the Wild Mexican Bowl. They vegan chocolate chip cookies are also fantastic! Given that SSI has no fully vegan restaurants, if you’re visiting the area, this is one of your best bets.
