Good pizza, but could be better - Edit
We ordered our food via Uber Eats, so it was not fresh out of the oven, but even taking that into account I think the pizzas could have been better. The ones I had (meathead and cheeseburger) needed more cheese and lacked a bit in flavor, except for the cumin (from one of the fake meats, I assume), which was too strong for my taste. The pizza was good and it's nice to have a fully vegan pizzeria with such an extensive menu, but in my opinion there's room for improvement. The cheese bread was amazing, though!

Nice vegan pizza in nyc - Edit
Great pizza dough, great toppings, my favorites were the Buffalo cauliflower and kale seitan, would return. Please make sure to stop by with intentions for pick-up at this location only because they have limited seating.
Read more*Amending this: I was reflecting on this meal and realized that it was really heavy pizza, so it has a fabulous topping game. If you want the super thin crust like 20th Street (Blackbird’s location in Philly), this isn’t it. I am still looking for a more thin crust pizza option in NYC.

best vegan pizza in New York - Edit
easily the best pizza I ate in New York. I came here and had two pieces of pizza, while I was there they played the whole of Illmatic - Nas, which gave a cool vibe. decor is also really cool, I particularly enjoyed the picture of the child getting a pizza baptism. I'd come here again if I'm ever back in Brooklyn.

I work in Manhattan and live in Staten Island, once a month I pick up two pies, literally hop on multiple trains and the Ferry just to bring this back home, for me it’s definitely worth the effort, I’ve had plenty of vegan pizza and few compare to screamers!

So so Vegan Pizza - Edit
At first I was excited to try out this vegan only pizzeria. I went with my family and I was able to taste the pepperoni, screamers pizza, and the chickn bacon ranch. Out of all of them I liked the pepperoni best. I was a little underwhelmed and had higher expectations given all the reviews this place has, but I’ve had better vegan pizza at other places. The cheese used is Violife which is creamy and good. The sauce could be better or richer. The crust was not too thick and probably more on the thin side which in my opinion really isn’t NY style pizza (I prefer regular crust not thin).

I didn’t get to choose what food I got—due to the fact that I ordered with the TooGoodToGo, but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and amount I was given and will be coming back. I got 5 slices (the two of which I tried were highly palatable and are authentic to a New York Slice)
