Quality cupcakes

Des Moines has a handful of cupcake places with vegan options to choose from, but Scratch is the only one that really ventures outside of "plain chocolate or plain vanilla" cakes. Flavors are much more unique such as german chocolate, mocha, s'mores, almond, etc. They've all been delicious. A friend special ordered a couple dozen s'mores cupcakes once for a camping trip and they were a huge hit among vegans and non-vegans alike.
