So Impressed that We'll Return! - Edit
Our family of adults recently went to Portugal and Scotland. Being vegan (with one GF guest), we thought that we'd be limited to major cities, but we weren't because of Happy Cow and the guides. Both our guides were vegan, but Niall of Scottish Guided Tours was exceptional. He regaled us with stories of history, fairy tales and legends. He took us to unique out-of-the way spots to avoid the tour buses. He immersed us in the best of Scottish culture all while respecting animals as much as we do. We ate incredibly well including vegan fish n' chips and vegan Haggis. We enjoyed his company so much that we invited him to spend most meals with us. Everyone in Scotland loves Niall because he treats all beings with such cheerfulness and kindness. We hated to say good-bye on the fifth day but, mainly because of him, are already planning a return trip.
