A good escape from the rain on a very wet day! - Edit
We had two vegan breakfasts which were both good and exactly what we wanted! Very generous with the baked beans, two vegan sausages, scrambled tofu, mushrooms, hash brown and half a tomato. With two pieces of toast each. Not bad value when there didn't seem to be that many vegan options around. Two staff members were working, one was lovely, friendly and welcoming and maybe the other one wasn't having a great day!!!

Breakfast is divine - Edit
5 vegans had the full vegan breakfast , sausages (possibly Richmond), scrambled tofu, mushrooms, hash brown, beans, tomato and toast it was so good we returned the next day . One of us only wanted scrambled tofu on toast the next day which wasn’t on the menu , the staff happily made that for her

good food and some of vegan and veggie options - Edit
Lots of options for vegans and vegetarians with vegan alternatives to normally meat/dairy dishes. i had the vegan option for the double breakfast which included vegan sasauges and tofu in the style of scrambled egg. Overall a nice cafe too!

Ate here twice whilst on holiday at lunch and for an evening meal. Menu is more varied for vegans for lunch and brunch than in the evening but what we did have was really tasty.

Easy and delicious food options. - Edit
Me and my family have visited this cafe twice in 2 days showing how nice the food is! Lovely brunch options including a vegan all English which was delicious! The pasta however was a little plain as it was just tomato pasta, however there was plenty of dinner options to choose from.

Scrambled tofu was a no - Edit
I was so excited to see scrambled tofu on the vegan breakfast (I LOVE tofu)
Read moreUnfortunately it tasted like soggy tissue covered in salt and pepper. It was so inedible. I was gutted. The rest of the breakfast was ok and the sausages lovely. The toast was burnt, but they had flora etc. I would go back but wouldn't have the same thing. Maybe I caught the chef on a bad day!
Pros: Dog friendly

Very good breakfast! - Edit
The options at Scoff Troff on the breakfast/brunch menu are fairly limited but very nice. We both had The vegan Scoffs English though I had the double, both adding avocado to our plates. The scrambled tofu was good, personally we did feel like it needed some salt and pepper but was still nice. Avocado was not fully ripe but we understand that is often the case when ordering it. Everything else was tasty and they certainly don’t skimp out on beans. Unfortunately their Chai Latte was not vegan

Different menu - Edit
Their menu has been updated. Very disappointed with scoff troff, they used to do a vegan lasagne, great varied vegan starters and a better breakfast. However, the vegan breakfast is mostly beans. You have to request add ons which gets expensive. And the only vegan food is bread and olives and pizza. Although I can appreciate it still has vegan options, it’s really gone down hill.

Couple of ve options for evening meal - Edit
Simply decorated but clean with really lovely staff. There were two Starter options; olives and supergreen soup. We had the evening main option of tomato and basil pizza with feta and chilli flakes, plus a portion of chips. The pizza was really fresh and tasty and the chips tasted like 'proper' chips. Sadly, they'd ran out of all vegan desserts, although we didn't see any on selection the day before, either, hence the 4 stars.

We're going back for a vegan breakfast tomorrow!

Nice vegan pizza - Edit
Went in the evening, we opted for the vegan pizza. Cheese was pretty good (a big compliment as far as vegan cheeses go!). There were three vegan mains altogether on offer: pizza with olives, sundried tomatoes and capers, a tofu salad bowl and a vegan lasagne. They also have some cakes, although I'm not sure how many of these were vegan.

Hidden gem - Edit
After dragging my mum around st Ives because somewhere I would usually pick wasn’t serving food I stumbled across this little gem in the back streets. I’m a sucker for falafel and so is my non-vegan mum so we had to eat here. It’s so small and cute and allows dogs. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious and fresh. If you’re struggling for food in st ives like I did I’d recommend seeking this place out.

Fantastic vegan breakfast! - Edit
We came here for breakfast and had the vegan version of the healthy breakfast with scrambled tofu. It was the best scrambled tofu I've tasted and went well with the spinach, tomatoes, hummus and avocado. I'd definitely go back! They also do clearly marked lunch options and lots of vegan cakes which looked amazing!

Solid but not exceptional - Edit
There's a few vegan options like a vegan breakfast, panini, soup, goodness bowl and hot dog. The goodness bowl and panini were ok, the breakfast was better (hard to mess that up) - decent tofu scramble. All in a solid option but not astounding. Open now post lockdown.

Many vegan options - Edit
This was a great find for breakfast this morning. There were many vegan options for breakfast and great coffee too. It's not entirely vegan but this was good as I was with 3 friends who are not veggie. I had a vegan breakfast consisting of sausages, hash brown, scrambled tofu, beans, tomato, mushrooms and toast. Delicious!! I can't comment on the rest of the menu as I was wholly focused on breakfast :-)
