Has consistently served me dairy on a clearly vegan meal

My family likes schnitz so even after getting [censored] by them multiple times I still ordered. This is about the second or third time I've gotten dairy cheese and mayonnaise on my meal, after last time where I made a huge deal out of it I figured they'd have learned. But nope, absolutely filled with dairy. Disappointed, disgusted and upset.

Cons: Dairy on a vegan meal, Lack of refund, Rude employees

Liars and Thieves. Zero stars.

I ordered and paid for a vegan schnitzel burger and ginger beer. While waiting and having my drink I was rudely told that they had no vegan schnitzels and i would be getting bubble and squeak instead. When that arrived I asked why it was not covered in the corn crunch I'd ordered and paid for. The meal was then abruptly taken away. I was too upset then to wait for my meal again or to be bothered having an argument with them about getting back my $12.90 they had cheated me out of. I was also worried that the Mayo they served me was not vegan. Moreover I've now found out that the supermarket b&s pattie they served me probably was not vegan coz both mccain and birdseye brands contain dairy (I don't know which one it was). I'm glad I departed and didn't eat what was served to me as "vegan" when it was no such thing.

Cons: Zero stars. Liars, thieves and cheats

Absolutely delicious vegan options. Very well Priced. Many options to cater for all!
Only fault was customer service not so great.
Loved that the vegan options were made from
Veggies and not processed foods

Pros: Delicious and cheap , Many vegan options , Huge meals

Cons: Young staff that don’t have good customer service
