A Cafè/Bistro dedicated to vegan and vegetarian food/drinks in an area we didnt think it could actually exist. Several homemade vegan cake options and oat milk available. Unfortunately the savory dishes are almost only vegetarian. Still a great and special place with a very cool owner!

Read moreDie Auswahl veganer Kuchen ist für goslarer Verhältnisse sehr gut. Nachteil: Es ist sein Monaten (Jahren?) immer die gleiche Auswahl. Als Stammgast wird es daher auf Dauer etwas öde. Es wäre super, wenn das Sortiment sich weiter zu mehr veganen Speisen entwickelt.
Der Kaffee dort ist mittelmäßig, aber trinkbar.
Pros: Nettes Personal, Leckere Kuchen, Tolle, schattige Draußenplätze für warmes Wetter
Cons: Kaum Neues, Ambiente etwas altmodisch

There are two labeled vegan dishes in the menu. On request the vegetarian dishes can also be veganized. I ate a delicious soup and the portion was very large :)

Food was good and had a high quality. Service was friendly and we really liked it. But dor a vegetarian vegan Restaurant, there were only a few vegan dishes in the menu. They have a vegan breakfast and vegan cakes, we went for lunch, but from all the Lunch dishes, only 2 were marked as vegan. That's not bad, but with the fact they are promoting their store to have a lot of vegan food, it was a bit disappointing that they only had a few vegan options.

They have an abundance of vegan choices, including filling meals, cakes, drinks, and even milk alternatives (oat, almond, and more). Sadly, we were too late for breakfast, but they still had some homemade bread and cashew spreads, both delicious and filling. The Harzwälder Kirschtorte was delicious, and my non vegan friend enjoyed it very much. The hot chocolate wasn't anything special, and the menu could be labelled more clearly (or the staff could be a tiny bit more friendly). Nevertheless, it's worth a visit or two.

The oat milk froth on my cappuccino was poorly made, whereas the apple cake was pretty dry. Maybe my 2-star review is unfair because I didn't try the food, but after a disappointing first experience I'm not sure if I would like to go back for food.

We had the scrambled Tofu and Mixed Breakfast Platter. Everything was plenty and tasted really good. The Tofu was seasoned with soy Sauce so it was very salty and didn't really taste or look like the scrambled Tofu you usually get. It was still good, though.

Cozy cute place! Loved the variety of vegan cakes. Their Harzwalder kirsch cake simply melts in your mouth with dark chocolate oozing out without being overly sweet. The brine yoghurt cake was also quite nice and fresh. You can order all coffees with hafer milch which was tough to find in Goslar. Planning to come try other food options that they have! If you also enjoy spices like cardamom there’s a special coffee called Gewürzter mocca which comes with cardamom and mandelmilch. The vegan burger is not nice. The service can come across a bit rude and curt.

Das Restaurant hat eine sehr gute Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Optionen für Frühstück oder Mittagessen, es wird wert darauf gelegt, dass die Zutaten möglichst regional, saisonal und bio sind. Es würde mich persönlich freuen, wenn der Fokus noch mehr auf vegane Gerichte gelegt werden würde.

The cherry cake I had was neither tasty nor fresh, probably a few days old. One of the non-vegan cakes in the display had spots of green mold on it. The reviews here seem quite positive so I guess things have gone downhill somehow.
