Enjoyed the food, the Service and the view - Edit
We stayed at the hotel and didn't expect to get vegan choices there. They have three Restaurant and two of them had vegan options in the menu (snow beach has more choices through). The food at snow beach was very good and not desperately designed to be vegan.
