Okay

We ate here when a place up the road was closed. The food was just okay. The server had no idea what I was talking about with the item marked vegan, and the pasta primavera that was marked “can be made vegan”. Neither dish was that great. I wouldn’t return solely for the vegan food, others might enjoy it here more.

Pros: One pretty good vegan item, Nice atmosphere

Cons: Not really suited for vegans, Only one vegan option, Server unaware of vegan needs

A bustling restaurant with tasty, healthy options!

Firstly, this is not a cafe as we were expecting from the name! It is a large, busy restaurant and bar - it was totally full when we arrived and had a fun, friendly atmosphere. It is obviously the place to be in Dennis.

The menu has a vegan tofu bowl and a vegan pasta. We went for the tofu bowl and a large green salad, which was fresh and delicious. There were other sides available too for vegan customers, and the staff were very helpful.

For the Cape, it was well priced. We really enjoyed our visit and 100% recommend.

Pros: Delicious and healthy options, Great atmosphere, Good portions and prices

lovely & very accommodating

Though there are few options, they were very accommodating. We asked for the meze platter without feta and were offered additional veg to replace it, which few places do. Very pleasant dining atmosphere with a nice outdoor space, great drink options, and tasty if not exciting food. The pasta Primavera does not skimp on vegetables and the teriyaki tofu bowl is well-seasoned. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area, don't assume the small menu means you should skip.

Pros: accommodating , tasty, pleasant

Cons: small menu, tofu isn't an add-on to other dishes

Very yummy

I got the tofu teriyaki power bowl which is very delicious. They also have pasta primavera. Only two options, but yummy and well-balanced.

Teriyaki tofu bowl was SO good, and nicely presented.

Wish I took a picture, but inhaled every bite. It’s hard to find options down the cape that aren’t just salad, and this bowl was delicious and wasn’t just slapped together. You could tell they put thought, effort and love into. Next time I’ll try their vegan pasta primavera.

Pros: Good vegan options , Hard to find options in this area, Beach right down the street
