My favourite restaurant. - Edit

Where do I begin? I live in the Toronto area and visit PEI every summer. Scapes is always my first stop. They take pride in providing local fresh food, and have several vegan/vegetarian options. If you're visiting PEI, stop in at Scapes, enjoy a bite to eat, and grab a couple of their vegan salads out of the "to-go" fridge to enjoy later. I love the Oat Groat Salad, Couscous salad, Maple Baked Beans, and the Veggie & Hummus Wrap.

Pros: Vegan options., Awesome friendly staff.

Cons: Too far away from my house in Toronto.

Keep up the Great Choices - Edit

I recently enjoyed a hummus and vegetable wrap and an oat groat salad, I really appreciated being able to have an enjoyable vegan meal on the island as PEI can be a challenging place to eat vegan. The person who served us was really friendly and wanted to talk about vegan cooking . The people who own and operate places such as Scapes are often the best sources of information about where to find find other vegan establishments. Thanks so much.

Pros: Lots of vegan choices, friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable

Cons: too many choices with animal products
