Limited vegan options for breakfast - Edit
There was generally a very extensive breakfast selection, but only very few vegan options (just some fruit and vegetables). For that, the price of around 12€ doesn’t feel worth it.

If I compare to other Scandics I’ve been to, this is sadly not one of those I would recommend. Breakfast for vegans was poor and not filled up even if I asked the staff. The line for check-in took us about 15-20 minutes, which for me is too long.
