Authentic Japanese food hidden in a village back street. - Edit
Tiny, friendly and cosy spot to enjoy delicious vegan sushi, noodles, miso and other Japanese dishes.
Read moreGluten-free is catered for with buckwheat noodles, gf tamari etc.
Gautam made my noodles to my exact specification - low salt - and with miso instead of fish sauce. The base for the ramen noodle bowl is authentic - with kombu, shitaake mushrooms, and sweet potato making it a warming and filling dish.
The sushi was delicious - with avocado and shitaake.
Jasmine tea or matcha are served.
Hidden away in a small Alentejo village. It is open on the days that Casa Nirvana is closed.
It is worth booking - especially for ther evenings as it fills up fast.
