Great Vegan option in Miramar - Edit
Tasty vegan food with a local twist, it was awesome. It’s inside the food truck park, so I would suggest going in the evening when it cools off.

Incredible vegan food - Edit
We were vacationing in Puerto Rico and looking for the best vegan food. The vegan hotel we stayed at recommended this food truck park and saVor. We were not disappointed. The owner spoke English and was very friendly. The meal was prepared by a professional chef with the relaxed convenience of outdoor picnic table dining. The food looked and tasted incredible. If we lived nearby we'd go regularly.

I spent a week traveling around Puerto Rico and tried many different vegan restaurants. I had to come back to saVor for a 2nd time because I loved the food. I recommend the sliders. No debit/credit, but he accepts cash app/venmo.

saVor, the only all plant-based truck at the Miramar Food Truck Park, was great! I had the lentil-walnut tacos and a lemonade. Everything tasted super fresh, was served quickly, and was very filling. Wish I could have tried everything on their menu! If I lived in San Juan, I’d eat here all the time.

This man’s food is EL MEJOR! We discovered him on accident in San Juan and his lentil tacos are the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend everything he makes…but those tacos are my favorite.

This RESTAURANT is top class. The textures and tastes coming from saVor are second to none. Delicious orange cauli, vegan pastas, yucca fries, amazing drinks, and so much more. The best part about this business is the owner and co. They are incredibly positive and great people to be preparing the food. I will always come back again and again to saVor!!!!!!

This was very tasty!!! Got the yuca fries & orange chicken cauliflower with black bean stir fry. It was a LOT of food and so yummy! There are other food trucks next to it with poke bowls, bubble tea, drinks, and others for non vegan eaters!

We had the fried cauliflower and a dish with impossible chicken and yucca fries and both were delicious!! I wish we’d had enough room to try more of the dishes. The food truck park is such a fun atmosphere too with lots of options for meat eaters and a bar with great mixed drinks. Also very affordable and huge portions!

We came here for dinner on a rainy evening, worried they might be closed or the tables and seats might be too wet to use. Happy to report they had tents and umbrellas set up so the rain was no problem at all. There was live music and plenty of people there despite the weather. We didn't know what to order so we just took the owner's recommendations plus an order of yucca fries. Everything was delicious, especially the orange cauliflower. I wish I could've eaten here at least one more time during our trip to try out other things on the menu.

My friends and I loved this place. Their food is so delicious, and I will always support a 100% plant-based restaurant. The chef was so kind and helpful, and he even gave us recommendations for other vegan restaurants in the area like a vegan BBQ and ramen joint. We will be back for sure!

We stumbled on this place while traveling to another establishment that was closed. Mesmerized by the rotating menu. Wonderful host and chef in the truck. Very personable and made you feel welcome. Food combinations were top notch. Great value and we left full. Great place.

Freshly prepared and varied vegan foods in a food truck park. We just happened on this while walking to another vegan restaurant! Absolutely loved the orange cauliflour and carbonara pasta w cashew cream. Each meal is a good amount to satisfy. Friendly owner and fun environment.
