Organic food, mostly vegan, except for honey in some deserts (but there's always a vegan option).

Call in advance (or check the fb page) to be sure it's open (and make a reservation, very few seats and food) since the owner gives cooking lessons on tuesday.

Very reduced menu (not the quantity of food, but the choices), though they change it every week and that's the proof that all the products are fresh. Menu is very balanced. Tasty food. Excellent soup. Great desserts! Marco is very friendly. Quiet place, with zen music and the sound of a water fountain. I wish Perpignan had more places like this one.

I tried this restaurant with vegan friends and we were perfectly satisfied by the menu we had (including vegan desserts). The owner is very friendly and you can ask him to adapt a gluten free menu before coming. Dishes are very well presented and the place has a lot of plants, contributing to the very pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. Food is organic and very well cooked.

Ate here in July 2013 in a vegan-omnivore group. Very friendly owner who produced five vegetarian or vegan meals that pleased everyone. Special attention paid to nutritional balance. The limited menu changes daily. Note: gluten-free can be arranged but best to warn when booking.
