I can only give 5 stars since it's not fully vegan but a very large portion of their menu is vegan. Absolutely delicious! We got the green goddess hand roll (unique and delicious), root beer float, elevated miso soup, shame bowl, avocado hand rolls, noodles and broth, truffles, and a few other things. Really amazing, so fresh and tasty.

We stopped in while shopping in Makawao.
Read moreWe got 3 hand rolls (roots on fire, Da Kine, and green goddess- the fourth vegan hand roll was sold out). My favorite was the green goddess and roots on fire and bf really liked the da kine. We didn’t try the vegan bowls or ramen but have heard good things.
Definitely worth the stop if you’re in Makawao shopping or on the way up to Haleakalā.

Great new place in Makawao!! - Edit
Trying to find a different food truck and realized that business was closed. In its place was this amazing gem- Satori. Fresh fish and more than half of all menu items vegan! What a happy surprise!! The owners were so nice and friendly. Be prepared to wait or walk around the cute town a bit, as it’s busy ! So worth the wait!
