Pedí un Tangerine tofu y estaba normal. Pero no me comí la ensalada porque parecía tener crema de leche. También iba a pedir un Sarkurry tofu pero no pude porque solo lo daban en restaurante y no en plazoleta.

Descent option

Had the tofu vegan bowl and vegetable Maki roll which was nice but a little tangy for my taste . Nonetheless it was okay to fill
Up the stomach and change the flavour .

Pros: Vegan option

Cons: A little tangy for me

Good option in various malls in Bogotá

Sarku is a restaurant chain with locations in many malls in Bogotá. They recently introduced a whole menu page of veggie options. So far I have tried the veggie sushi burger and really like it! It comes with a choice of sweet wontons or grilled veggies as a side. I chose the veggies and they were fresh and tasted great. The sushi burger was delicious and filling, I like the fact that the patty is made from beans and lentils instead of soy.
It would be great if they clearly marked the vegan options, i. e. which sauces are vegan and which are not, and of course the best thing would be to make everything vegan.
