If you're looking for a legit South Indian meal, this is the best in the Bay Area. It's packed by 830, Indians eat late. Get in before 730 and you're fine.

Good real deal stuff folks. Dosa, thali, uthappam, S.Indian style biryani's, alot of everything.
If the menu says an item is served for dinner, don't try to order for lunch. They obviously have been around long enough to set some rules:) Rightfully so, get there early for lunch or you might have a wait.
Dinner time, be a social butterfly and used to close'quarters. Lots of sweets for sale on your way out too!!

Great vegetarian south India restarunt - Edit
I love their Thali. Its a taste of all items in one plate. And also love sweet pan at the end of lunch/dinner.
