The food quality is just so-so. I've visited their outlets at Singapore and Dubai and it was amazing. This outlet in KL is disappointing. Over priced, poor customer service and the food is below my expectation.

Food is overpriced and poor quality. The chapati was not cooked thoroughly and had raw dough throughout. Curries Taste isnt great either.

Yummy, but the after-taste... - Edit
The food here is fantastic, there is great service. BUT I stopped eating here after the owner was convicted of murdering a man in order to marry his girlfriend as his third wife. Not worth the bad taste this left in my mouth.
Pros: Food is good, Great service
Cons: Owner is a convicted murderer.
