I absolutely loved this place - Edit
There was zero English outside so I had to google it to make sure the sign on the door said “open”. I got lucky with this place though as the person working - maybe the owner - was so sweet when I walked in confused and cold on a rainy winter day. She explained that there’s only 1 set meal option, and even though she showed me the menu it wasn’t really necessary to try to read it. So even if you don’t know much Japanese, you’ll probably be fine. The food was delicious, and the tea hit the spot. I stayed around sipping my tea for a while and it was so nice and cozy.

A little subtle, and signs and menu only in Japanese. Very nice food though. We went at lunch and it was just one choice, the set. Rice, pickles, miso soup, and some small veg side. Very nice. Simple, healthy food. Served with tea and a mandarin for afters.

The set lunch was really good even tho there was not a good description of it and very limited options on the menu. Tried the mini dessert and the Maya Nuts coffee after the meal and spent a good long time with my friend talking.
