La patronne super sympa, au courant de tout pour les végans. Cheese vegan, délicieux burgers, on a pris le sapurito vegan.
Read moreLes panele vegan également délicieux surtout avec leur sauce tomate basilic fraîche. J'ai pris la companata, une sorte de salade d'aubergines sautées, avec oignons, tomates, céleri, olives vraiment très bonne, je recommande et c'est rafraîchissant !
Sinon vois pouvez également commander des croquettes de pommes de terre.
Pour la bière ils servent des chopes de 50cm, donc prévoyez si vous devez ensuite conduire.
Bref, tout impeccable on recommande !

In Sicily you eat a lot of fried stuff - and here it was not different. In any case, everything was tasty and the caponata very good. They didn’t have the famous sicilian padelle that day. Food option for fast lunch, with sicilian options.

Opzioni veg sfiziose e originali, porzioni abbondanti a prezzi onesti. È possibile ordinare quasi tutti i burger di carne in versione vegana (con burger di soia e formaggio vegano tipo cheddar) più una serie di panini e antipasti a base di prodotti tipici del trapanese come panelle, pesto, caponata, ecc. Super consigliato!

Eindelijk vegan arrancine gevonden in Trapani. Heerlijk, zeer goed gevuld (caponata). Eventueel hebben ze nog meer vegan opties (panelle). Wij gingen alleen voor de arrancine.

I ordered the veggie burger without cheese (as it was labelled as vegetarian), the waitress explained that they had vegan cheese and some vegan sauces. The burger was very tasty, and the staff friendly and helpful. However, the menu could be much better labelled.

Really great street food place with plenty of vegan options! I had the panelle and caponata in a bun and an aubergine and pesto arancini and they were both delicious. Good portion sizes. Very helpful and friendly staff and the place has a good vibe. Definitely recommend!!

The best vegan restaurant in Trapani - Edit
The owner has done a wonderful job adding local vegan flavors to the menu here. The vegan arancini is the beat I've had while living in Sicily. The panelle sandwich is a traditional sandwich, and they add the traditional local pesto to it, which is unique and delightful!!! The owner really cares for the community, supporting stray animals, and I've even noticed them feeding the less fortunate. The cafe really has a ❤️ and the staff is so nice!!
