Sweet café - Edit
The café is hidden in a bookstore, so pretty! I only went there to get a coffee so I can’t say anything about the food, but the café is wonderful.

A little oasis - Edit
Haven't been for a while, but came back today and was pleasantly surprised. They've improved the vegan options (I felt they went through a bit of a dry patch), and it's quiet today (10am on a Tuesday) so very peaceful.

Nice environment and food - Edit
Good coffee, loved the vegan iced coffee. Had a vegan BLT which was yum, probably the best vegan BLT I’ve had, served on sourdough. Reasonable vegan menu with lots of choices

Delicious hideaway - Edit
Their options for vegans keep getting better and better! Now they have a seperate vegan menu available and vegan treats in the cake cabinet. Delicious food in a lovely tucked away little courtyard at the back of the bookshop. Definitely worth a visit.

Love this place and the atmosphere in the courtyard cafe with all the plants. Staff is very friendly in the bookstore at the front of the building and the cafe in the back. Great coffee and some vegan menu options (most are vegetarian).

Came here with some vegan pals and the atmosphere is so nice with the music and the plants everywhere and the bookshop that’s also upstairs. They have a in house cat as well! And an all vegan menu

I really enjoyed the food at Sappho books - I tried the falafel wrap which was really lovely. I went with my family and it had rave reviews from them all, with my parents wanting to return the next week. Great food

I've always liked the atmosphere of this place but I have to admit, since going vegan the food isn't really amazing. Still a solid breakfast/brunch choice if you're at the Glebe markets - right across the road!

I was keen to visit after seeing that they had vegan options and I ordered the sweet potato salad which was very disappointing. It only had a couple of pieces of sweet potato, tomato and cucumber, barely any other ingredient other than dry lettuce leaves. For $16 I expected a lot more.

Like having breakfast in a rainforest - Edit
A cute garden cafe at the back of a bookshop with a whole vegan menu! The $18 vegan breakfast was delicious and it felt a bit like we were in a rainforest, with all the foliage (it was also a very humid day).
