Exceptional vegan options

What a great Indian restaurant.

This was the best indian I've had in Newcastle.
It seemed really authentic, and packed on a Tuesday night.

Though busy our food came in a timely manner after and was exceptional. Our party of 5 all loved their food.

Our server answered our vegan indian food questions and pointed out the vegan optional items on the menu that were unlabelled.

The Vegan food choices were huge and what we tasted was fantastic.

Our vegan butter chkn tasted so similar to how I remember the traditional westernised dish tasting subbing out the animal for soya chaap.

Also the Shahi Soya cheap, was a little spicy but really good.

And all great the next day with plenty of leftovers.

Awesome work guys and gals ❤️

Vegan butter chicken is to die for!

Their vegan butter chicken (made with seitan) tasted better than any butter chicken that I remember from my prevegan days.

Many vegans options

I had the samosa to start which were delicious, came with a tamarind dipping sauce. Lots of items on the menu marked Vegan. At the bottom of the vegetarian mains section there was a note to say that other items could be made vegan upon request. Was excited to see a vegan butter chicken on the menu and ordered this for dinner. It was super rich, maybe too much so. The chicken was maybe seitan based. Bit too soft in texture. The place was decked out with balloons and flowers for Valentine's Day, super cute.

Pros: Loads of vegan options , Delicious samosas

Cons: Vegan butter chicken wasn't the best
