Excellent vegan stew with lentils, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin – full of flavor, hearty, and made with care. For a city like Lugano, the price is unbelievably affordable. Simply outstanding – hats off to the chefs and the friendly staff! 🌱👏

Besonders schön: Selbstbedienung bei den Gewürzen, man kann nach Belieben nachwürzen falls notwendig und nicht nur mit Salz und Pfeffer.
Integriert ist auch ein kleiner Bioladen mit div. Frisch-/Kühlprodukten/Konserven/Kosmerik etc.
Sehr freundliche Auskunft übers Angebot auch auf Englisch.

Not many vegan places in Lugano, but this is a great find. Lots of dishes of the day, and samples are on display at the counter so it’s easy to choose. We had summer ramen and veggie fried rice, both of which were tasty.. Only a small cafe - but there was plenty of seats available when we went at 1pm on a Tuesday. Also a shop with lots of wellness items.

Visited towards late afternoon and they had already sold out of all the freshly made meals but had sandwiches left which were great. We had a smoked tofu and a seitan sandwich on ciabatta. Also had lots of other items to buy.

The place is not on the main street which comes from the train station, but it’s easy to find and really worth it! The menu is changing daily and the staff is exlpaining you what’s on today and making it to you freshly. The food is delicious and not so expensive, worths the money.

Lugano isn't a vegan oasis yet, but this place is a great start for sure. We eat there three times in one week and were left with a happy and full belly each time. The price is incredibly fair for the filling portion you get, and the taste was lovely. We had lasagna, farro alla norma, quiche and noodles. Everything was great. And the shadowy terrace in the back is wonderful on hot, summery days in Ticino.

In 2008 I was a sad vegan living in Lugano where there were no place to eat real vegan food. Suddenly I discovered, through a journalist friend who wrote an article about it, this spot. Immediately the day after I went there where I met David, the owner. Since then I go there eating and don't remember a time where I got disappointed. Eat here lags!

There's a small area indoors that you can eat food at the shop, otherwise they offer takeaway. The meals are creative and premade so it's great for getting something quick. They also have drinks.
