Serves meat, vegan options available. An Italian restaurant with a bakery and garden for al fresco dining, with an outside kitchen. Not far from the center of Trinidad. Almost all dishes can be made vegan on request such as spaghetti, gnocchi, appetizers and desserts such as puff pastry. Open Tue-Sun 8:00am-11:00pm. Closed Mon.

Good gnocchi and helpful staff

Nothing marked vegan on the menu but one of the waiters understood veganism and was able to explain to me what could be made vegan for me. They made me a gnocchi dish with red sauce that was very good, and reassured me there was no egg in the gnocchi. Good option for cuba!

Cons: Expensive

Good vegan option!

They knew what vegan was and they were able to veganize a few of their pasta dishes. I had the fettuccini and it was delicious, packed with flavor. The owner is very proud of his food and it shows. Great service. Expect to pay $10-12 for a main dish, but it is worth it.

The Best in Trinidad

Wir sind auf Empfehlung hier her gekommen. Bruno ist der Hammer, er spricht auch ein wenig deutsch. Wir waren dort 3 mal Essen und er hat uns jedes mal etwas anderes Veganes gezaubert. Das Essen ist wirklich lecker (man darf nicht vergessen wie begrenzt die Möglichkeiten auf Kuba sind).
