Such a great place for breakfast and lunch! - Edit
The food and smoothies are great and the staff so friendly! Especially their buddha bagel with tempeh is fantastic. They also have great decoration inside and nice furniture. Btw, their toilet is in the hotel next to it but you can reach it from inside the restaurant.

Ik had een vegan latte en deze was heel lekker, het eten was ook lekker, maar niet heel geweldig. Ik had de vegan monkey pancakes en deze waren beladen met heerlijk fruit. De pannenkoeken zelf vond ik erg dik en wat droog. Hierdoor zat ik snel vol en kon ik niet meer dan 1 pannekoek op. Ik heb meer genoten van het fruit dan van de pannenkoeken. Toch denk ik dat er wel potentie is, maar ik een andere gerecht had moeten kiezen. Mijn vriend had de vegan blt en vond deze heel lekker.

I had the vegan pancakes (queen of the jungle), the beach smoothie and chai latte with soymilk. I was really excited for all the menu options, but seems like I chose the wrong menu items. The pancakes I ordered were very well made up; they looked stunning. But once you take off the pineapple crown, almost nothing is left. The texture of the pancakes was dry, the taste almost non-exsisting. The big piece of pineapple, the agave syrup and the other fruit did not go wel with the pancake, maybe because the pancake was just not tasty. The fruit, besides the slice of pineapple, was also very minimal: 4 blueberries and a cut up stawberry.

The only thing I enjoyed was my smoothie. I do not recommend this place, especially the vegan pancake I had

Vegan BLT on a bagel! - Edit
There are lots of vegan options on this menu, I wish I was visiting Maastricht longer so I could come back for the pancakes. My vegan BLT had seitan ‘bacon’, vegan cheese, lots of nice salad, avocado, and crispy onions, all served on a bagel with a vegan garlic mayo. Dreamy! Great place for brunch and lunch.

The vegan bagels taste really nice, they even have fake cheese and meat. I also tried the vegan frozen cheese cake and it was great as well! The staff was very friendly and everything is prepared fresh. There are only limited places though and they close early (15:00).

There are some great vegan bagel and salad options at SAP. The juices are a bit on the sweeter side for my taste (not so many veg juice options) but still great and freshly made for you. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Everything is fresh and tasteful. Many vegan options, from bagels, large vegan breakfast deal to cakes. Juices and teas and coffees (choice of vegan milk varieties) are a treat, also to non-vegans. Close to the train station.

Have been waiting to go to this place until we felt rich enough as it is quite pricey. However for a weekend breakfast treat one of their stuffed bagels really hit the mark. Boyfriend had the vegan breakfast which didn't look like much food to me but he eats a lot and seemed very happy with it so I might just be greedy. Really lovely treat but would love the comfort of knowing we don't have to specify 'vegan' to the waitress for every order.

Vegan food is by no means ubiquitous in Maastricht, but what with the variety of bagels (left plain or made into sandwiches), soy yogurt with choice of toppings, salads, extensive list of fresh-pressed juices — including a green one that contains kale! — many of which are used to make popsicles, and three vegan desserts, multiple meals can easily be enjoyed here. The Vegan Breakfast, comprising a choice of bagel, hummus, plant-based bacon, dairy-free cheese, strawberry jam, soy yogurt with granola, freshly squeezed orange juice, and coffee or tea, is practically two meals in one and kept me going for hours.

We were in Maastricht for the University Open Weekend. Being vegan we used this app to find places to eat. Sap bagel and Juice bar was fantastic for breakfast before catching the train. We had the vegan chicken bagel on multigrain, olive and spinach and sesame seed bagels...all delicious. We had Tutti Frutti juice. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was fresh, modern and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

SAP Bagel & Juice bar is a great café with nice atmosphere for all kinds of eaters; vegans, vegetarians and others. I tried the vegan BLT and was pleasantly surprised with the tempeh bacon. Very nice!

SAP is a nice spot for vegetarians, vegans and normal eaters. They've got a lot vegan options and I'm looking forward foe their smoothie bowls (coming soon). the interior is modern, they offer free WiFi and every table next to the wall has got two power points. the toilet is located in the hotel next door which is a little strange, you walk through a door with the writing toilet and end up in the lobby of a fine hotel. the food they offer is wonderful, the bagels are very delicious (the spreads are the best, they have amazing hummus). the ingredients and combinations of the smoothies and juices are kind of basic,nothing special but refreshing and tasty. all in all a wonderful place

Easy to find near the central station. They have very tasty juices with some surprising ingrediënts. The vegan options taste really good and even though the portions might be small, I think it's worth the money and I see myself visiting this place again in the near future.

All juices and about 50% of bagels are vegan. The sweets were not vegan yet when we visited, but they did say that they wanted to include vegan sweets in the future.
