Poor communication and weird to have an appointment only listing here

I love farm sanctuaries and sponsor several animals in my hometown, regularly make donations to various causes, etc. Don't understand how an appointment-only sanctuary, without any sort of events, open houses, etc. managed to make it on HappyCow. Communication took forever to make an appointment that I was already out of the area by the time I got an email response. Appointment-only sanctuaries that don't host anything for the general public shouldn't be listed, IMO.

Pros: Farm Sanctuary

Cons: Poor Communication, No Open Houses, Appointment only
