A must-try in Florence! - Edit
So many different options: bowls, salads, wraps, plenty of dips to choose from and even soups! The falafel and kibbeh are nice and crispy, but the best part is the tabbouleh salad, which is seasoned perfectly!

For dessert, one can choose between 5 different kinds of baklava, which we enjoyed as well.
All in all, this place has a lot to offer and the prices are reasonable - I‘d recommend you try it for yourself!

We put in an online pick up order late at night after being delayed arriving in Florence, but it didn’t go through their system correctly and the staff did not receive it. 15 minutes to their closing time I called to check on it and they were so apologetic about not receiving even though it wasn’t their fault at all! They were so kind and helpful and made our whole order for us and insisted on even giving us some free baklava (which was yummy) for our trouble even though they were the ones doing the work serving us late at night.

It is that good. Every option is delicious and so reasonably priced. So good I’d get a Santo Falafel tattoo. The staff are also really nice and were cute in how kind they were in dealing with my broken Italian.

The staff are friendly, and the food comes out fairly quickly. You can sort of see them make your order, so you know it’s fresh. Everything I had was great. But, it’s a bit expensive for the portions. For example, the baklava is basically a single bite and costs 4 euros.

Went here several times while in Florence. It’s an excellent falafel shop and perfect when you want something quick. There is no place to sit in the restaurant but there is a lovely park at the end of the street where you can sit and enjoy your meal.

Cena ottima e gustosa. Abbiamo ordinato da asporto, il cibo è arrivato caldo e fragrante dopo poco tempo rispetto a quando avevo inviato l’ordine. Consegna rapida e precisa. Avevo parlato al telefono col ristorante per specificare alcuni dettagli per il delivery, sono stati gentili e disponibili. Ogni portata è stata buonissima, soddisfando pienamente le aspettative: con buona pace di chi sostiene che vegano voglia dire meno buono, tutto il contrario. Super consigliato.
