Authentic little gem - Edit
Tucked away on the edge of the Bairro Alto area, this is a great place for a late-night snack. I loved it like everyone else; fresh, delicious ingredients, and a really special vegan piadina, honestly better than ones I've had in Italy. Friendly, simple environment, and clearly marked v-options. Check it out!
Pros: open late, inexpensive, authentic

Best Vegan Italian Piadina ever - Edit
If you are looking for good vegan food, Italian vegan food (yes that exists) with fresh ingredients - Santa Piadina is the place to go. Small, very cute little place, independent, true Italian. Very nice area as well.
Pros: Fresh real ingredients, True Italian, Independent business
Cons: none, none, none

Delicious Vegan Piadina! - Edit
I tried the vegan Piadina with grilled vegetables, hummus and coriander. It was really tasty and fulfilling. The vegetables were fresh, well prepared, worm and matching really well with the hummus. The Piadina's dough was perfect, traditionally it's made with lard but the owner asked if I wanted the vegetarian dough (don't forget this detail!).
The space is friendly and well lit (day light), only two tables and a dozen stools over a counter. The service was nice and fast. The only thing I missed was a fresh juice or tea.
Costs 6€ for a Piadina and a bottle of water.
I'm definitely going back!
Pros: vegan options, verry tasty, fast service / takeaway
Cons: no natural beverages, few seats

excellent vegetarian piadina in Lisbon - Edit
I went there on a Saturday evening and had a vegetarian San Sebastiano piadina with home made cherry tomatoes confit, Italian burrata and basil; my friend had the vegan one with marinated tofu, tapenade and grilled vegetables.
The texture of the dough was delicious and all the ingredients fresh and incredible tasty.
The staff, Luca and Irene, are friendly and smart. It's worth another visit!
Pros: quality, excellente service, cozy enviroment
