Finally something spicy!

I tried the Sichuan Spiced noodles and it had a real nice kick and spice to it. I also had a braised tofu skin on top of it which was excellent (such a cool texture). I wish I also went with some vegetables on top because the dish was quite low on vegetables. The stand is located next to a butcher which is somewhat weird but the people in the market were all very nice and showed me to the right place.

Best vegan noodles in Tainan

Absolutely delicious noodles here, wish I could go back! They gave me a cup of freshly made soy milk for free too. You can also buy a large bottle of it if you wanted.

Some items contain eggs so let the owner know and he will accommodate.

The stall in the morning market next to a green grocer and a butcher.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Cheap, Delicious

Cons: Not much seating

Top notch noodles

Went there with a local from Tainan. Absolutely delicious noodles and friendly owner. Served soy milk for free to try, tasty.
They also sell sticky rice with mushrooms for take away.
Some dishes contain egg, but is marked on the menu.
GO THERE!!!

Pros: Delicious noodles, friendly owner, great vegan options

Cons: limited seating, next to the butcher, nothing for sensible vegans
