Serves meat, vegan options available. Simple Indonesian cafe. Only a couple of dishes are marked vegan on the menu but almost all dishes can be made vegan on request such as gado gado, Indonesian fried rice with tempeh, gyoza and spring rolls. Relocated from Chiangmailand Rd. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Most flavourful meal - Edit
Wow, enjoyed every bite! Tempeh rice in banana leaf with basil was mouthwatering. Butterfly pea drink was made with coconut condensed milk upon request (the lady was very helpful and understood what vegan meant). Heavenly.

So flavoursome - Edit
Lovely warm helpful woman explained the menu, how dishes could be made vegan, what would be substituted etc. Heaps of options. We had gado gado with delicious peanut sauce, a tempeh and rice dish wrapped in banana leaf fragrant with lemongrass and a peppery stir fried morning glory. Big portions. Loved it!

Love it 🥦 - Edit
The food is great and there are many vegetarian/vegan options. Just ask and you'll get a detailed explanation of which dishes can be made vegetarian/vegan.
Read moreAs always for westerners: if you order "a little spicy" it's already quite some. Even if you like spicy food go with that one first before you up your game to "medium spicy", you can also order additional chili sauce on the side.
Pros: Great service, Tasty food

Good, Cheap Indo Food - Edit
Although only a couple of dishes are actually marked vegan, the owner confirmed almost all dishes can be made vegan. It is the only place I know of offering vegan Indonesian food in Chiang Mai. It is just a little simple place but the dishes are surprisingly good. The dishes are quite small portions but very cheap. Try the battered tempeh with sambal.

Cons: Also serves meat and eggs, Could mark more vegan dishes on the menu
