Amazing!!!! - Edit
We came across this restaurant for a late lunch and it was so delicious. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic food. I had the El Chaman, a scoop of caramel ice cream and a cappuccino.

Came with two meat-eating friends and all of us enjoyed our burgers. The potatoes on the side were delicious as well! Picturesque and definitely recommended. The only thing I’d complain about is the cake I had was a tad dry, but I appreciated their vegan desserts nonetheless.

Eaten here several times. Sometimes food is delicious, other times just so so. Today the menu of the day had a quinoa paella that was so salty that it was unbearable to eat. I took a couple of bites and left the rest on the plate. When asked if I liked it, I explained the problem but wasn't offered the other menu option or any type of restitution. I still ended up paying full price and left hungry. With so many veggie and vegan restaurants in Madrid, I'm not sure if I'll be back here...

This place was comfortable and bright. The food was beautifully presented and so colourful and tasty. The staff were very friendly the smoothies and desert was really good too. The cake portions are really generous! I had had the eggplant lasagna and I reccomend it

I had a look at the Menu and I shivered:7€ for a pudding and 5€ for a smoothie?I normally get a three course meal for that..

We ordered one red fruit smoothie, we got a light pink, aweful and bland tasting drink. When I asked if this was the same like in the picture in the menu, the waiter said "Yes. But I can't explain in English why it looks different" his English was excellent for every other customer that came after us.
We also ordered a spinach pasty, which arrived first and was soft and greasy. No crispy crust to be found. Taste was ok. But salty.
Then the beetburger came. Bread was fresh, but waiter asked us if we wanted to upgrade the burger pizzalike, with foccacia bread for €1,- extra. We wanted that, but when the burger came it was regular bread. Since I wasn't sure, I asked if it was foccacia and he said: "No." looked as if I asked something stupid and walked away. The burger was also just salty, but ok. They served it with cooked broccoli, which, I hoped was supposed to give a fresh kick. It was, guess what: salt.
My meal couldn't have been more of a disappointment than this.
I would have given this joint a 2🌟 rating if the waiter with the black and blonde dyed hair would have smiled just once, or would have taken the time to ask us how our food was...but as that didn't happen and Happy Cow doesn't allow 1🌟 ratings, here's a 2🌟 for Sanissimo.
I can't recommend this place, as I've had far better meals than the ones I was served here today.

Went for evening meal, we were the first in which is always a worry, but we weren't disappointed! Very lovely waiter who was patient with us and explained everything and answered all our questions! Vegan options clearly labelled, my meal was delicious! Must have dessert- such a range of vegan ones and they were huge, no skimping back like some places! And really reasonable prices too!!

Good selection of vegetarian and vegan bagels, wraps, juices, and desserts. Bagels, which were €5, were very tasty. They gave us a sample of the juice which was also great but a little too pricey for us at €5. The staff were friendly and service was fast. Hummus came green and red which was not explained in menu. Would have been nice to know for those who cannot eat beets & spinach.

Las tartas y helados son deliciosos, pero pedimos helado vegano y lo sirvieron en un barquillo sospechoso. Por suerte preguntamos y nos dijeron que efectivamente no era apto para veganos. Por lo demás todo bien. La comida esta buena si no te apetece mucha fritanga, las verduras están muy ricas.

This place is nice and new . Good quality of food and convenient lunch menu . The service is really bad . Really slow and the guy barely knew about what vegan means . We told we were vegans and he brought us a cake with honey . We ask for bread and we had to ask again after 30 minutes . Disappointed

Bright and clean restaurant that serves nice wraps (full of fresh spinach and ingredients- not lousy iceberg lettuce) burgers and soups. Great presentation of food. Location, near Ópera, seems to be very popular with international tourists.

We went there for a quick lunch but you should not go there when you have no time and when you are hungry. The waiter is not capable to do his job. Very slow, unable to take an order and not really friendly. We waited about 15 minutes before we could order. Other guests left the restaurant because they waited even longer. The waiter forgot my appetizer and the drinks came after we had eaten. Another guest got his bagel after his friend already finished eating.

We had a quick lunch here. We ordered two burgers, the terrace nostra and the red dragon. Both vegan and clearly make by them. They were delicious. You can ask for tap water by the jug, for free.
