Very nice - Edit
I was very surprised as I saw that my salad (small size) was way bigger than the ones shown in the photos. I think something could have changed in this place, but anyway, it is definetively worth to visit. Very tasty and eye-pleasing food, including all the details (it is almost #foodporn). I was treated very well and will not hesitate to come back.
Pros: tasty and eye pleasing food, nice waiters
Cons: small local, not everything is vegan :(

Best bagel of my life - Edit
I had the "sanissimo bagel" with tofu, olives and cooked aubergine. In truth I was expecting this combination to be a bit bland and healthy-tasting but I couldn't have been more wrong. The tofu was the best I've ever had- if the shop wasn't completely vegetarian I would have taken it back to check that it wasn't chicken. The whole thing was great.
Also has a couple of strawberry milkshake/smoothies and a chocolate cake from there, both of which were good but not on the same level as the gorgeous bagel.
Pros: know what they're doing with tofu, central location
Cons: shop's a little small

Altamente recomendable - Edit

Pros: Muy buen trato, agradable e íntimo., Comida deliciosa. Para ser pequeño, todo genial., Precio aceptable.
Cons: No pueden ir grupos grandes

Tasty, well priced, tons of vegan options - Edit
Went here at around 8:45pm for dinner as it seemed to be the only place recommended by this app that was actually open. Were greeted by a friendly staff member who didn't speak much English, and led to a very small eating area. The menu was both English and Spanish, with vegan options (there are plenty) marked. It's as the name says, healthy fast food so don't go expecting a 3 course meal! I had the lentil and olive burger and my companion the 'red dragon' burger, both arrived in about 15 minutes and were delicious, good sized burgers. I also had a soy milkshake with my choices of fruits, again very tasty, and for dessert we had apple strudel (the staff pointed out that it was vegan) with soy ice cream also. Everything was very tasty and service was good and friendly despite the language barrier. My meal (burger, shake, and dessert) came to a very reasonable €18) would definitely go again

For a quick meal - Edit
Small café with juices and vegan/vegetarian food. They offer a daily menu, but they also have a bar with some prepared foods that you can have to go o as a small bite. I particularly liked the vegan meatballs. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Lovely little cafe/deli - Edit
An unassuming little cafe in central Madrid offering delicious vegan sandwiches, bagels, wraps and sides as well as main meals. Also delicious vegan milkshakes and smoothies.
The seating is very minimal because this place is so small, but the food is very take-out friendly.
Pros: Delicious sandwiches, Friendly staff, Vegan milkshakes
Cons: Very small

In case of emergency only - Edit
In a carnivore city like Madrid is, you could find yourself forced to accept compromises. This restaurant is one of such compromises:
not especially tasty, not especially cozy, not especially convenient... just vegan and located in the trendy quarter "Malasaña".
From outside, it looks like a phone cells shop. Inside, it is like a garage stuffed with undefined origin forniture.
The names of the food are pure fantasy, as they do not match the real flavour or appareance.
Much to improve.
Cons: Not tasty, Not comfortable

Wide range of dishes - Edit
Small place with a really wide range of vegan/vegetarian dishes and smoothies. It's also a shop with a small but pretty decent veriety of veg products (mock meat, herbal tee, organic oils, bread, etc.). Mostly take away since they have very few seats to eat-in. Definitely one of my favourite places to have an afternoon coffee and a piece of cake, because they usually have 4-5 different options, all of them being vegan!
Pros: central location, wide range of dishes, vegan cakes
Cons: very few seats

I was twice at this place - Edit
I was twice at this place. The first time I got a tasty wrap. The second time I went to this place it was really crowded and the staff was really busy. I asked again for two vegan wraps and I literally mentioned I want the tofu version instead of the cheese one, the waiter repeated my order so I know it was clear to him that I wanted both wraps vegan. After some time of waiting we got our wraps in boxes and left. Once we wanted to eat being far away from this place we found out that both wraps had cheese in them (and no tofu). I realize that the staff was really busy when we got there but this is a mistake that cannot be done especially at such place where they understand the difference between vegan and vegetarian.

Sanissimo - Definitely a Place to Go - Edit
Just 5 minutes walk from Tribunal metro station and you're greeted with a great range of burgers and - as the name says - healthy fast food. There's only a few tables inside, but the food is very suitable for take-away too.
Portions aren't large, but prices are reasonable, rather than especially cheap. But for city centre Madrid, it's well worth a visit.
Pros: Healthy quick food, Well cooked and great taste, Friendly staff

A good option - Edit
I've only been there once and not because I didn't like it. Just because I never seem to remember is there, sorry!
I remember the staff as being super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of vegan options including desserts, bagels and delicious juices. The cafe is small but cozy and the kind of place you can feel is run with love.
Pros: a lot of vegan options, very friendly, good

sanissimo - Edit

New favorite vegan/vege place in Madrid - Edit
I've been to Sanissimo twice now and since I discovered this place I stopped going to the other vegan options in Madrid. Both times I came the service was excellent and accommodating to my requests. The people running Sanissimo are very friendly and even though I came once quite late around closing time they were warm and helpful. The food is amazing. I travel around the world for work and enjoy tasting different vegan restaurants and Sanissimo is definitely one of my top pics. I've tried their veggie stacks, eggplant lasagna and most recently lentil "meatballs" (vegan) and a couple of their vegan deserts including a chocolate cake. The presentation of the dishes is amazing, which is an important part of appreciating a meal. They have a good variety of menu options, some have feta cheese and others are vegan. Veggie burgers look fantastic I might try next time but I really enjoyed everything so far. I've tried almost all of their salads which are creative and delicious. I like the food here so much I eat in and then get more to take with me to have in my hotel and for my flight. I shared my vegan chocolate cake with some of my colleagues who are not vegan and they were so impressed. Their juices deserve a special mention, healthy and delicious combinations of fruits and veggies. I asked for recommendations and they are always spot on! You can request a variety of milks too (soy, oat etc) which is nice. Ambience is warm, there are a few tables inside with a cheery, homelike atmosphere and some bio products for sale. Also free wifi which is nice for tourists/travellers. Overall I highly recommend this place for vegans or vegetarians- even people who just want delicious healthy food. I found the price reasonable for the freshness and high quality of food. I will be back each trip to Madrid. :))
Pros: Fresh, delicious food, Excellent service, accommodating staff, Free wifi and opening hours are long
