Dongdaemun-gu, Jegi-dong, 137-46, 3rd Floor, Seoul, South Korea, 130-061

Opened Sept 2013. The bilingual (English and Korean) menu largely consists of westernized, student cafe food, including veggie sandwiches, soy cutlets, and snacks. Soy coffee drinks are available as well. There is a small shop for vegan products. Pet-friendly and even offers vegan pet food. It's located above the billiards hall across from the main gate of Korea University, walk 150 meters directly out of Korea University Station, exit 6, and the entrance is at the corner of Anam-ro 22-gil. AUG 2014 REPORTED SHUT DOWN/CLOSED.

Hummus close to Anam - Edit

Had lunch there the other day and was happy to see the new menu includes a cheap hummus and pita set. A rare find in Korea. The menu has expanded and so has the restaurant. It thrives as a happy and friendly space. Sangha has quickly grown in popularity and has become a hangout for young vegetarians and animal lovers from Korea University. The restaurant is separated by a barrier and two big dogs and a cat are free to roam in one half of the space. I love dogs and friendly people, so I'm a big fan!
Loving Hut vegan cakes and ice cream are also served, but Sangha is not part of the Loving Hut system.

Pros: cheap student food, loving people, happy animals

Cons: cheap student food
