Will return, great food

Server was so sweet and we had a variety of vegan dishes. All were great. Thai iced tea with oat milk was also great!

Accommodating options in a less than accommodating town

I grew up in Sandy, but moved away about 5 years ago. Sandy is not known for its vegan or vegetarian options and most restaurants aren't able/willing to accommodate for vegan dishes.

I visited Sandee Noodle House and was delighted to see "vegan option available" on their menu under the Pho section and oat milk listed as a substitute for Thai Iced Teas. All noodle and rice dishes have tofu listed as a protein option and with some conversation with my waiter, I landed on having the Yakisoba noodles with tofu and my waiter said he made sure it had a "vegan sauce" (so make sure to specify when ordering, 'with vegan sauce'). I also had the fried tofu appetizer which was really tasty!

Pros: Knowledgable staff, Modifiable dishes

Cons: Almost no clearly marked vegan options, Online menu and in person menu don't fully align.
