Some options available - Edit
Called after seeing the vegan menu someone else posted, and they said that's only for in house guests? Said they could potentially do more vegan options for me with a few days notice so we booked a few days out. On the night was offered a choice of two pastas or a tofu stir fry. Went for the pesto pasta which was nice. After being offered vegan ice cream several times they also decided there was a vegan cake option so I had that which was fine - bit dry but the ice cream helped. Overall good for Rarotonga, but wouldn't stack up in places with regular vegan options.
