Delicious vegan kaiseki full course meal and great service

Stayed here with my mom and went for the plan that included breakfast and dinner. Staff are accommodating of allergies and diet requirements and were very thorough about what we could and could not eat. They prepared a Japanese vegan kaiseki menu for me which not only included the usual Japanese vegan staples like tofu, rice, pickles and seaweed miso soup, but the chef also went out of their way to make me vegan cutlets, burger patties with demi glacé sauce and dumpling soup with soy meat filling. I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience dining and staying here, and would recommend this place to everyone even if you are not planning to stay at the inn as there are not many vegan-friendly restaurants nearby.
