Great place for vegans - Edit
I went for a few days to miami and fortunately found these place, they have many options for vegans, I had an arepa with avocado and almond cheese for breakfast and it was the best. They also have vegan protein shakes and they are very open to making changes to some dishes to make them vegan. The people who run the place were very nice.
