Terrible vegan miso ramen

The vegan miso ramen 🍜 is inedible. Broth was tasteless and terrible, the tofu tasted like chalk and there were very few vegetables. Give this a hard pass! 😢

Reasonable U-District Ramen

They've got a few vegan ramen options and they're pretty good. I've only gone for lunch during the week and it's always been on the slightly busy side. I wouldn't make a special trip here, but if you're in the mood for ramen and in the U-District, it definitely hits the spot. I've always had good experiences with the service and the staff--relatively prompt, always friendly.

I had the Vegan Miso Ramen (added spicy cauliflower paste) and Vegan Gyoza. The gyoza was decent but the ramen knocked it out of the park. The spicy paste was a perfect addition. I’m highly pleased with the flavor. I’d absolutely eat this again.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan items

Flavorless

Unfortunately the vegan ramen was terrible. It has absolutely zero flavor - the broth, the noodles, the vegetables and tofu - no flavor. Very disappointed; I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be coming back.

Pretty good for an Omni place

Lots of topping options and the garlic sauce is glorious.

Very tasty vegan ramens!

We ate two different ramens. Loved both. Good prices.

not veg-friendly

They have vegan items clearly marked on the menu. The stir fry ramen was rather flavorless. But the reason I hated this experience is that they keep their doors and windows open in the summer, and just kill the flies that wander in.
