Ok, not great

Vegan options are very limited. They have edamame and a spring roll that are vegan as-is. None of the sushi is vegan without modification. The cucumber roll has cream cheese — I’ve never seen that before. They don’t have traditional simple (cheap) vegan maki on the menu. Other things may be possible to be made vegan. There’s a leaf on the menu but it also appears next to something with dashi in it. It’s very loud so it can be difficult to discuss ingredients. Kind of a vegan let down, honestly, given the great reviews elsewhere.

Awesome staff

staff was very help and accomadating. They’re bilingual and while we speak spanish they were happy to triple confirm our orders dieters requirements. food was super yummy and good for a light snack and appetizer. No vegan protein but i enjoyed having wine and veggie rolls
