100% Raw food cuisine prepared using only fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds that have not been heated above 42° C. Everything is vegan except for honey in some drinks and desserts. Expensive but delicious - Edit
Very plain setting near the spa: few tables, kitchen and toilet. If you come at evening, they may run out of stock, so you can order only few positions. The food is expensive (170 baht) but delicious. Even small babies enjoy it. My baby didn't like to it anything raw before we visited this place.

Hidden Gem - Edit
Excellent raw food dishes based on Rasayana's menu (Bangkok). Nice presentations. Prices are reasonable (120-170B). Staff are friendly and speak some English. Was very happy to find this place and stayed nearby just to eat there. The restaurant interior itself is a little sterile, connected to their spa, but you can also order and eat outside at the resort's deck overlooking the sea. Nearly everything is vegan (or can be made vegan by excluding honey).
This is by far the best option for vegans/vegetarians while staying in the Chaweng area.

Cons: Sterile interior, closes early
