Heel leuk, je kunt pakken waar je zin in hebt. Een beetje all you can eat vibes, maar dan met dingen die je ook daadwerkelijk wil eten. Alles vega, bijna alles vegan. Groot fan van de misoboter cabbage. En vegan softijs!!!! Fijne vibes. We zijn hier geweest voor diner, ik zou het leuk vinden nog eens terug te komen voor ontbijt of lunch.

Very atmospheric place with a great terrace in the back. Wonderful vegan options! I liked the homemade granola and the mushrooms in soya sauce a lot.

Sam's concept is that you select your own food items, that you pay per weight and that you re''fill" your plate several times. That can get pricey, also because you will not hear the amount if you do not ask for it.😉

Heerlijk nieuw vegetarisch concept met een wisselend buffet en veel vegan mogelijkheden. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. De vegan dessertkeuze is iets kleiner dan de vegetarische, maar nog steeds erg lekker. Ondanks dat het door de koude dag buiten binnen ook wat fris was, hebben we genoten.

Leuk concept dat je enkel betaalt wat je eet en drinkt. Zodoende gaat er geen/minder voedsel verloren. Vriendelijk personeel. Voldoende vegan opties qua hoofdgerecht. Vegan desserts waren er niet toen wij zijn geweest (oktober).

Located in the city center, lots of vegan choices and a few vegetarian options. Mostly fusion dishes that combine asian cuisine with a western touch. You serve yourself, and the food is weighed; the weight determines the price.

Tasty Buffet, Lovely Terrace - Edit
Sam offers a buffet with both hot and cold dishes, which are weighed at the counter and paid for by weight. In the fridge you’ll find bottled cold drinks, while the menu includes hot beverages, cocktails, and spirits. Oat and soy milk are available for hot drinks at no extra charge! Vegan options at the buffet are marked with a green symbol—probably around 50% of the selection. Everything tasted great, though I would have wished for more hot vegan dishes. The garden terrace is beautiful. Definitely worth a visit for lunch on a nice day.
