Warm soup for cold days - Edit
Update Dec. 2025:
Read moreRestaurant still cute, but they made a huge increase in the pricing.
Soup Feb24 2600ISK, Dec25 3200ISK.
It's a cute little restaurant with a vegan vegetable soup on the menu. Taste is good, the homemade bread is yummy (comes with butter, when you ask for vegan they bring olive oil as substitute).
It's a little pricey (something like 17€ for soup&bread). But they are very friendly and not as much touristic as the other restaurants.
Also got a little shop with handmade and icelandic gifts.
Outside it seems a little old, but inside it's very hip and cute

Una sola scelta vegana - Edit
Bel bel mezzo del freddo islandese, una zuppa di verdure ci sta. Tuttavia potrebbero accrescere la varietà dei piatti vegani.

Warmed me up - Edit
Good vegan vegetable soup. Waitress asked if I was vegan and wanted the bread with oil instead of butter. Was nice to be in a traditional Icelandic place rather than the other 2 options in the area that are more touristy. So tasty and warmed me up. Black coffee available for you to pour yourself.

Nice soup - Edit
There was just one vegan item on the menu- vegetable soup (served with bread). The soup is delicious. Limited menu still during high tourist season.
