Raw lasagne amazing - Edit
I am vegan, but decided to try the raw vegan lasagne, it was lush, so much flavour, and filling, It had a side salad and generous portion of pesto on the side, me and my partner really enjoyed. Happy as I am considering moving to raw in the future, after I finish travelling, know I won’t feel I will miss out after eating this dish, you could taste the flavours so much more vividly than in a cooked lasagne. Hats off to whomever made it. I would recommend it and I will definitely have it again.
