Vegan Egg & Cheese

So nice to find a place with vegan egg and cheese. The menu also has a few vegan lunch options. The cashier was kind and knowledgeable and even took out her book with information about which breads were vegan and gluten free when I asked her which were vegan friendly. Ordered vegan egg and vegan cheese on a sub roll. The roll was large but they took one just egg patty and ripped it in half and spread it across the large sub roll so it really could have used more egg (especially for the price). It was nearly $14! I originally asked for a hashbrown on the sandwich but luckily in that moment another vegan who lives there walked in and advised me that the hashbrown has egg and to avoid it. Sandwich was good and I am glad to have the option but it could have used more egg for sure! The amount of cheese was sufficient for me! Service was very kind and quick and it is a great option!
