It’s Okay - Edit
My family and I decided to try Salud today, and it was pretty tasty. My mom and I had tacos with potatoes and veggie fillings, and we made them vegan by removing the cheese. The staff seemed to understand vegan and were willing to make accommodations. The food itself was fresh and tasted good, but I was not blown away. I would probably eat here again if I were trying to please a non-vegan crowd, but as a vegan, I wouldn’t choose this place.
Read moreThe wait was kind of long, and the parking was a nightmare which just solidified the “it’s okay” conclusion I reached. To be fair, I am pretty picky when it comes to tacos and salsas. I can definitely see the appeal as it had a fun vibe and drinks. Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick bite in the area with safe vegan options.

Cool atmosphere, sad sad tacos - Edit
I was really excited to try this place because of their (limited) vegan tacos. Unfortunately, the tacos were extremely under seasoned and very bland. I was really shocked by that given there was a line out the door. I got the mushroom tacos (no cheese) and the veggie tacos. Both had no flavor at all. The peppers and onions were limp and didn’t have even a pinch of salt. I’m still taken back by the lack of flavor. For the price ($4/taco!), I would never come back here.
