Terrible vegan burger

Saw that Salts diner had some vegan options so I was excited to try.
Unfortunately when my vegan burger arrived, I was disappointed… In between two pieces of bread was an uncooked portobello mushroom. I was so hungry so tried to eat it but because it was uncooked I couldn’t bite into it. It was also pouring juice everywhere making the burger slip - I eventually just ate the bun and tomato separately.
This burger was very expensive and not worth the money!
The chips were good though…

Pros: Good chips

Cons: Uncooked mushroom burger, Expensive, Lack of flavour

Several vegan lunch options

Large, busy cafe inside Salts Mill. Menu is drawn by Hockney and there are several vegan options - check the specials board for cake. I had the pizzetta, it was very nice
